i am currently working on a series of oils recreating many of the chalk
mural pieces i have created over the years. chalk muraling has been a
wonderful outlet to create something for myself, i have in the past only
painted on commission or via freelance. outdoor murals are in a way a
performance by the artist and the work only lasts a weekend. i wanted
to capture a part of that freedom and joy i experience while working outdoors.
